How to Use Layers in ibisPaint X

This time, I selected a part of the illustration with the Magic Wand tool.
Color the Screen tone
Create a new layer and color the selected area with the bucket tool in advance.
Try to paint a dark color.
Even if you want to make the color lighter, there is no problem because the color becomes lighter if you lower the transparency of the layer like this image.
If you're drawing Manga and need screentone, make sure there's a new layer below the line art layer where you want to paste the screentone.
Screen tone location
With the color painted, open the Layer window and select a blend mode.
Then tap the Screen tone.
ibisPaint X comes in a wide variety of screen tones, so choose the one that suits your taste.
How to use Screen tone
If you want to sharpen the screentone, use an eraser.
It's also a good idea to create a new layer on top of the layer with the screentone and paint it with a new color.
